This morning the B.C. Teachers’ Federation announced the results of a union vote that saw teachers vote 87 per cent in favour of the job action.
They won’t work Monday, March 5, Tuesday, March 6 and Wednesday, March 7.
Earlier this week, the Labour Relations Board ruled the teachers can stage a three-day strike once, and then strike one day a week after that.

Shortly after the Labour Relations Board’s decision, the province announced they’ll introduce legislation to make any strike illegal until the summer.

Since no one else was asking parents what they feel, I did, in this STRAW POLL:
The BC government will settle the teacher’s strike under a “net-zero mandate, meaning no additional money would be put on the table”. Should money be spent either on teacher’s salaries or funding schools? Should teachers get everything they want?
