‘Missing’ woman not missing after all

A woman reported missing by police in White Rock wasn’t missing after all, report the Nelson Police Department.
On Wednesday, Oct. 12, Nelson police received information for White Rock RCMP that Janet Falkner had been reported missing from her home in White Rock. Nelson police were contacted as Falkner had been a resident of Nelson and area on and off for the past seven years.
On October 13, 2011, after hearing that she had been reported missing in the media, Falkner attended Nelson police to report that she was not missing and was in good health. White Rock RCMP were notified.
