UPDATE: Amber Alert issued for missing Sparwood boy

The RCMP have issued an Amber Alert for three-year-old Kienan Hebert, missing from his Sparwood home, and released the name and photo of the man they’re looking for in relation to Kienan’s disappearance.
Police are looking for Randall Peter Hopley, 46. Hopley is described as Caucasian with hazel eyes, brown hair and a birthmark along his hairline. The RCMP are also looking for Hopley’s car, a Brown 1987 Toyota Camry with the B.C. license plate 098 RAL.
Police ask anyone who has seen Hopley or his car to call 911.
Kienan’s family reported him missing from the family home this morning, Wednesday, Sept. 7.
Kienan is described as having short blond hair, wearing “Scooby Doo” cartoon boxer shorts and may be carrying up to three blankets with him.
Kienan left the family home sometime overnight and was discovered missing at 8:30 a.m.. The Hebert’s reside in the Sparwood Heights area just off of Hwy. 43 North in Sparwood, BC.
