Facebook guide to teen sex created in Castlegar

Two Castlegar men in their 20s created a Facebook page with suggestions on how to have sex with teenage girls, drawing the wrath of that city’s council and the RCMP, reports the CBC.
The page has been removed and there are no charges pending, say the RCMP, because the authors stayed within the law. They’re not off the hook, however.
Still, Cpl. Dan Pollock said the police warned the two men that if anyone commits an offence based on the site, the creators could be held criminally responsible.
“It is illegal to counsel someone to commit an offence and the penalty is the same as the offence itself,” Pollack said.
“If somebody acts on this, it will come back to you, and there are people who act on this all the time,” Pollack said. “And literally it was a how-to guide, and I feel disgusted our local youth are doing this.”
